A spoolie on the opposite end combs and diffuses the colour so the finished brow looks softer and more even. Starting with a small amount helps preserve the intended texture and finish while leaving room to build the effect gradually.

Brush the brow hairs into place, then use light short strokes to fill sparse areas while following the natural direction of growth. Short strokes and light pressure give the most natural control, while brushing through the hairs at the end helps soften any area that looks too dense.
