how do I get a rewards card?

Sign up on our website or download our app to your smartphone and register. You will get a white level loyalty card in your personal account.

how to level up?

At Gold Apple, online or in-store, spend the required amount within 12 months from the day of the card upgrade. If your total spend reaches 1,000 AED/QAR/SAR, your card will be upgraded to the lime level. For purchases over 4,000 AED/QAR/SAR, your level will become silver. With purchases of 10,000 AED/QAR/SAR or more, you will upgrade to the gold level.

how to maintain a level?

Within 12 months, spend the necessary amount to confirm and maintain your current level. Otherwise, your level will be downgraded to the previous one.

To maintain the lime level, the total spending amount should be between 1,000 and 3,999 AED/QAR/SAR.
For the silver level, spend between 4,000 and 9,999 AED/QAR/SAR.
Spending 10,000 AED/QAR/SAR will maintain your gold level.

points redeeming

Points can be redeemed when paying for purchases online or at the store up to 50% of a purchase amount. Earned points expire exactly one year after they are credited.

how to get ×2 birthday points

From lime level, you earn double points on your rewards card during the entire birthday month.

Birthday month starts with the 1st day of the calendar month.
Points will be credited to your account after receiving an online order or right after in-store purchase.
Points can be used to pay up to 50% of your order amount.
Points will expire 1 year after they were credited.
