We’ve just launched a prize draw in the new version of the game! You could win a Back to School beauty box by Gold Apple.

how to participate

• Make sure you’re authorized in Gold Apple and have your Beauty Elf account ready.
• From August 13 to 29, level up your Beauty Elf to earn at least 10,000 XP and you’ll automatically enter the prize draw.
• On August 31, we’ll randomly pick 5 lucky winners, each receiving a Back to School beauty box.

how to claim your box

• On August 31, check the winners list — we’ll publish the in‑game nicknames right here and in the game.
• If you see your nickname on the list, contact our Customer Care via WhatsApp chat or at +971 4 556 9100 within 14 days to confirm your game account.
• You can collect your beauty box at a Gold Apple store, or we can deliver it within the UAE, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia (subject to delivery availability).

• The box cannot be exchanged for cash, another Gold Apple box, or any other items.
• To keep things fair for everyone, Gold Apple reserves the right to refuse a prize or disqualify a participant if rules are violated: if multiple accounts, unfair XP accumulation, or any other actions aimed at gaining an unfair advantage are detected.
