Our loyalty program has 3 levels — lime, silver and gold. You can earn more points on each of them.

How do I get a rewards card?

Download our app to your smartphone and sign up for it. You’ll get a lime level loyalty card in your personal account.

How to level up?

For purchases of over 2,000 AED or 2,000 QAR, your level will be upgraded to silver. With purchases in the amount of 5,000 AED or 5,000 QAR and more, you’ll upgrade to the Gold level.

Points redeeming

Points can be redeemed when paying for purchases online. Earned points will expire before the end of next year. For example, points earned in 2024 will expire on December 31, 2025.

Points are awarded after the order is delivered.
