Xémose Syndet is a gentle cleansing cream-gel for daily washing and bathing of the face and body. It is designed for very dry or atopy-prone skin. The soap-free formula has a physiological pH and produces a creamy lather that removes impurities without harshness.
Uriage Thermal Water, rich in minerals and trace elements, helps soothe the skin. Emollient ingredients and the patented Cerasterol-2F complex protect against the drying effects of water and restore comfort. The formula helps strengthen the skin’s natural protective barrier. It is fragrance-free and hypoallergenic.
