Velvet Touch Lipliner is fantastically pigmented, easy to apply and has the added bonus of being waterproof. It prevents lipstick from bleeding into the skin, keeping lips looking perfect. It can be used on its own as lipstick if an extremely matte and durable colour is required.

1. Exfoliate the lips.
