A permanent hair colour formulated without ammonia and enriched with a high-proportion oil blend. The innovative oil-powered technology combines up to 60% natural flower oils with colourants to deliver intense, radiant colour while simultaneously conditioning hair fibres. The absence of ammonia contributes to a more pleasant scent during application and a gentler experience on the scalp.
The formulation is designed to propel colour deep into the hair fibre while helping maintain hair quality and shine. Garnier Olia provides up to 100% grey coverage and up to three times more shine compared to untreated hair. Hair is left feeling smoother and visibly healthier, with a velvety cream texture that spreads evenly without dripping.
Suitable for home use, the application includes conditioning care to leave hair soft and hydrated after rinsing. The product range offers a comprehensive palette of shades, from deep blacks and rich browns to vibrant reds and luminous blondes, catering to a wide range of styling preferences.

Put on the gloves. Open the developer bottle and pour the contents into a non-metallic bowl. Pierce the seal of the Cream Hair Colourant Tube using the pointed end inside the cap and squeeze the entire contents into the bowl. Mix the colourant and the developer thoroughly with a hair colouring brush until the mixture is smooth and even. Apply the mixture immediately after preparation.
Keeping the gloves on, apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair. Start at the roots, dividing the hair into sections and working strand by strand. Quickly spread the remaining mixture through the rest of the hair, making sure all hair is fully covered. Gather the hair on top of the head and leave to develop for 25 minutes. For resistant hair or if more than 70% of the hair is grey, leave on for 35 minutes.
