Apply the matte/base color first — outline and fill lips evenly. Let it set completely.
Layer the gloss or topcoat over the entire lip for shine, dimension, and long wear.
Avoid pressing lips together for 1–2 minutes to prevent smudging. Reapply the top coat as needed for hydration or shine refresh.
