Draw your first line close to the upper lash line — keep it thin and precise.
Draw a parallel second line above the first, following your eye shape, leaving a small gap between them.
Fill in the gap softly for a graphic effect, or leave it open for a modern, floating liner style. Let dry to prevent smudging
