Start with a clean, freshly washed face. Wet your nose thoroughly with water (strip adheres poorly to dry skin). Peel off one patch, place shiny side down firmly on your nose. Smooth out any air bubbles and wrinkles. Wait about 10–15 minutes until the strip feels stiff. Gently peel off from the edges toward the center. Rinse off any residue with lukewarm water and pat skin dry.
Use 1–2 times per week. Avoid using if skin is irritated, has cuts or eczema.
