Clean and thoroughly dry the callus area, ensuring no creams or oils remain. Remove the backing film marked “Step 1” and place the central adhesive side directly over the callus, with the narrower end pointing toward the toes. Then remove the backing film marked “Step 2”, smoothing the adhesive edges firmly onto the skin and shoe. Replace the cushion when it begins to loosen.
