Clean and dry the skin thoroughly, ensuring no creams or oils remain. Remove the backing marked “Step 1” and place the centre adhesive side down over the blister. Smooth the edges, then remove the backing marked “Step 2” and press the edges firmly to secure in place. Replace when the cushion begins to loosen.
