Morning or evening, cleanse with shampoo, massaging into scalp and lengths until a creamy lather forms; rinse and repeat if needed.
After, apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, leave 2–3 minutes, rinse.
Use the protein as a leave-in or treatment before heat, and pre or post sun on damp lengths; do not rinse.
Finish with the oil on damp or dry hair, or mix into a mask or cream; reapply around sun days or workouts as needed.
