After shampooing, towel-dry your hair to remove excess moisture. Apply the mask generously and distribute from mid-lengths to ends (for fine and normal hair) or from roots to ends (for thick or coarse hair). Leave on briefly, then rinse. Follow with conditioner. Use the mask 1–2 times per week.
