1. Attaching a refill head: Place the handle on a hard surface. Gently press the neck of the old head to release it. Align the new refill head with the notched side facing up. Position the handle over the head, align the notches, and press down until it clicks into place.
2. Flossing: Hold the handle comfortably and gently insert the floss between your teeth. Move the floss back and forth to remove plaque and debris. After use, rinse the floss head and handle under water and store them in a dry place.
