Face & Body: Apply a small amount of oil to the fingertips, distribute evenly, and massage until fully absorbed.
Hair: Apply the oil to the hair 20 minutes before washing. Gently massage it in with the hands and comb through. Wash with shampoo as usual. It can also be used after washing by distributing it along the entire length of clean hair.
Scalp: Apply a few drops of oil to the dry scalp and massage gently with the fingertips for a few minutes. Leave on for 7–10 minutes, then rinse the hair.
