With the cup in hand, the scene transforms into a cozy oasis of warmth and light. I feel at peace as I rest on a fluffy cloud, surrounded by whispers of comfort. But just as I begin to enjoy the moment, the oasis fades into soft colors and gentle sounds. I close my eyes tightly, holding the cup as my anchor. When I open them again, I am back in bed, the taste of warm milk lingering on my lips and a sense of calm in my heart.
