For bath: pour about 4 capfuls (approx. 10 ml) into a full bath of lukewarm water and gently wash body and scalp. For newborns (up to 6 months): use 1–2 capfuls in baby bath water at ~37 °C. In the shower: apply a small amount on hands or soft sponge, lather, then rinse. Pat skin dry gently—avoid rubbing—to maintain hydration.
