Method 1 – The Aligner Method:
After brushing your teeth, shake the bottle well.

Pop the aligners in your mouth as usual.
Method 2 – The Swish Method:
After brushing your teeth, shake the bottle well.

Spread evenly over all surfaces of the teeth with your tongue to form a remineralizing protective film.
Spit out any remaining foam.
Pop your aligners back in your mouth as usual.
