A luminous embrace of citrus that deepens into warm woods and resin, Laetitia feels like a fragrant heirloom. The opening sparkles with bergamot and tangerine softened by orange blossom, gradually unfolding to a heart of Bulgarian rose, magnolia, spiced by nutmeg and cardamom.
In the dry-down, patchouli and labdanum rest on a creamy bed of tolu balsam and vanilla. Laetitia belongs to Rancé 1795’s Collection Impériale, created in 2008 as a tribute to Laetitia, mother of the Emperor, and it features “millesimé” extracts — rare vintage essences from select years.
