ROUND SIDE:
1. Place the Facial Cryo Lift in the freezer for 30 minutes before using them.
2. Remove all make-up and gently cleanse your face.
3. Start rolling the Ice Globes over your brows, from the inner brow to the temples. Work upwards from the middle of the brow to the hairline and finish at the temples and perform circular, slow motions. Repeat 5 to 10 times.
4. To promote a drainage massage roll the tool down to the neck, smoothing from the top to the bottom of the neck to the décolletage. Repeat 5 to 10 times .
FLAT SIDE: 1. Place the Facial Cryo Lift in the freezer for 30 minutes before using them.
2. Remove all make-up and gently cleanse your face.
3. Use the flat side under your eyes for 5 seconds to smooth the skin under the eyes.
4. To sculpt the cheekbones, massage from the nose, under the cheekbone and up towards the ears. Repeat 5 to 10 times. You can also use circular movements to relieve tension.
