Soak your feet in warm water or take a warm shower for 30 minutes before use, then pour the desired amount of Activating Essence into one Foot Peel Mask, evenly distributing it inside the cotton lining, place your foot inside the mask, seal it with the attached closure, and repeat for the other foot, wear for 60-90 minutes for greater exfoliation, keeping your feet flat, then remove the masks, thoroughly rinse and dry your feet, in 7-8 days when peeling begins, soak your feet to help exfoliation, wear socks to contain dead skin and avoid manually peeling as the shedding process will take 1-2 weeks depending on how much dead skin is present.
