Apply the balm in the morning and/or evening to clean and dry body skin with massage movements, paying special attention to problem areas.

1. Apply the product with your palms in a clockwise direction, performing 7 wide circular movements.
2. Using small circular movements, massage five zones: above the navel, then to the left of it, below and to the right. Complete the massage in the solar plexus area.
Waist
3. Place your hands on your waist so that your thumbs rest on your lower back. Perform several circular movements in the kidney area, pressing lightly with your thumbs.
4. With your hands around your waist, perform sliding movements from the lower back to the stomach, then in the opposite direction.
