All functions will turn on simultaneously at intensity level 1, including:

To adjust the intensity of a selected mode, press the corresponding button until the desired level is reached:
Vibromassage: 3 intensity levels
EMS: 9 intensity levels
Heating: 9 intensity levels
To turn off any mode, continue pressing the same mode button until the display shows “0”.
To activate any mode while the device is operating, press the corresponding mode button once.
To completely power off the device, press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
