Without water: Apply the emulsion to a cotton pad and wipe the face, neck, and décolleté. For the eyes, place a cotton pad, hold it for a moment, and gently remove the makeup with vertical movements from top to bottom.
With water: Apply a small amount of the product directly to the skin of the face and eyelids. Gently massage and rinse with water.
