Wash your GLOV® glove under warm running water before first use and then gently wring it out.
1. Apply your favorite shower gel or use the glove with just water.
2. Use the glove to stroke or massage all the areas you want to exfoliate.
3. Focus on one part of your body at a time and stroke the skin in a circular motion. No need to apply strong pressure or rub!
4. When you're finished, wash the glove with soap or GLOV® Magnet Cleanser soap.
5. Hang the clean glove to air dry.
